Can Lume Deodorant control sweat? Lume is aluminum-free, so it is not an antiperspirant. Sweating is natural and necessary, but it doesn’t have to lead to odor. While Lume contains ingredients that help absorb wetness, it does not prevent perspiration.

Does Lume Deodorant stain clothing? No. Lume’s cream and solid deodorants do not leave stains on clothing and will wash out easily with normal laundering. Our deodorant is aluminum-free, so the pits of your favorite white shirts won’t yellow over time.

Is Lume Deodorant edible? While Lume is non-toxic, it is not meant to be eaten and has an acidic taste. We recommend applying a small amount to clean, dry skin a few times a week rather than immediately before intimate moments. There’s no need to wash off before intercourse or oral sex.
